Job Summary

AmeriStaff is seeking for an Outbound Truck Loader to load products onto outbound trailers. This position requires careful handling of fragile products, proper stacking techniques, and the ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.

Location: Rocky Mount
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with overtime as needed until approximately 5:30 PM  

Responsibilities

• Load very fragile products onto outbound trailers throughout the workday.

• Safely operate manual and electric pallet jacks.

• Use a two-wheel hand truck to move products as needed.

• Stack products properly to maximize available trailer space.

• Safely lift and move products weighing 50+ lbs.

• Ensure products are loaded securely and handled with care.

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety and loading procedures.

• Work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.

• Ability to operate manual and electric pallet jacks.

• Ability to safely use a two-wheel hand truck.

• Comfortable handling fragile products.

• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Must be willing and available to work overtime.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
