AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is seeking a Box Wrapper for a company located in Rocky Mount, VA. The ideal candidate will be dependable, comfortable performing physical work throughout the shift, and willing to work overtime as needed.
Pay: $14.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with potential overtime until 5:30 PM Responsibilities of the Box Wrapper:- Re-wrap and re-box products in preparation for shipping.
- Package products securely to help prevent damage during handling and transportation.
- Handle large and heavy products throughout the workday.
- Lift, move, and position products as needed, with assistance provided for heavier items.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and shipping department guidelines.
- Perform other shipping and packaging duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Box Wrapper:- Must be able to perform repetitive wrapping, packaging, and re-boxing duties throughout the shift.
- Must be able to lift and handle large or heavy products; team assistance will be provided when necessary.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Must be dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Must be willing and available to work overtime as needed.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, packaging, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
