AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is seeking Manufacturing Technicians in Browns Summit, NC. This is a hands-on, physically demanding manufacturing position. We're looking for dependable candidates with a good work history who are ready to work and can commit to the schedule. Pay & Schedule- Pay: $21.00/hr
- Location: Browns Summit, NC
- Schedule: 12-hour rotating 2/2/3 schedule
- Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
- Employees rotate between days and nights monthly.
Job Expectations - Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Stand and walk for long periods throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Perform repetitive and physically demanding work.
- Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
- Pay close attention to quality and make sure work meets production standards.
- Work well with others and take direction from supervisors and team leads.
- Maintain good attendance and report to work on time.
Requirements- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Must have a good and consistent work history.
- Must be dependable and have reliable attendance.
- Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
- Must be able to rotate between day and night shift monthly.
- Must be able to handle the physical demands of the position.
- Must work well with others and follow directions.
