AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced Loaders (Forklift Operators) for a manufacturing facility in South Boston, VA. This position is ideal for candidates with prior sit-down forklift experience who are committed to working safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities of the Loader:

• Safely operate a sit-down propane forklift to load, unload, and transport materials.
• Move finished products and raw materials throughout the facility.
• Load trucks accurately and efficiently while following shipping procedures.
• Inspect forklift equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement and staging of materials.
• Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.

Requirements of the Loader:

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating a sit-down propane forklift.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
