The ideal candidate will install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment and facility systems through preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives to support safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities of the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Produce products that are safe, legal, and of excellent quality.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Maintain controls, valves, and equipment calibrations to ensure proper functionality.
• Perform emergency repairs to minimize equipment downtime and production delays.
• Utilize root cause analysis techniques to identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and maintain all plant electrical systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and repair both AC and DC electrical systems.
• Interpret equipment manuals, schematics, installation instructions, and system layouts to complete repairs, installations, and changeovers.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance parts, equipment, and supplies by monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Safely perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods.
• Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

Requirements for the Industrial Maintenance Technician:

• Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, automation, or related mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting AC and DC electrical systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed to support production requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen prior to employment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Siemens S7 PLC logic, programming, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Lenze Drives.
• Degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Electrification, Automation, or a related technical field.

Schedule:

• 12-hour non-rotating shifts.
• Work 7 out of every 14 days.
• Every other weekend is a 3-day weekend.
