Responsibilities of the Assembler:

• Assemble products and components according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand and power tools, including saws and drills, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform basic mechanical tasks and adjustments as needed.
• Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Read and interpret building prints and drawings (preferred).

Requirements of the Assembler:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic mechanical knowledge and aptitude.
• Experience operating hand and power tools such as saws and drills.
• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to read and interpret building prints and drawings is highly preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
