Benefits of the Working Supervisor:

• Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Monday-Thursday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Working Supervisor:

• Lead and supervise production employees to ensure daily production goals are achieved.
• Assign daily work, monitor workflow, and maintain efficient operations.
• Open and close the plant on schedule each day.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Perform hands-on production duties, including equipment setup, material handling, and machine operation.
• Safely operate a tow motor to load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Learn and assist with maintenance and repair of plant equipment as needed.
• Support a positive work environment while promoting teamwork and productivity.

Requirements for the Working Supervisor:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment and perform manual labor.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are highly preferred.
• Ability and willingness to learn equipment and facility maintenance procedures.
• Dependable with the ability to open and close the plant on time each day.
• Ability to learn and safely operate a tow motor.
• Ability to work effectively in varying temperatures and environments with exposure to noise and fibers/dust.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Experience operating machinery, material handling equipment, or performing maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to continuously stand, walk, and lift 50 to 100 pounds in a factory setting.
