Responsibilities of the Production Operator – Night Shift:

• Operate laser engraving, printing, mailing, and production equipment in a secure manufacturing environment.
• Monitor machinery and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions, making corrections as directed.
• Inspect printed products and materials for quality, flaws, defects, or inconsistencies to ensure production standards are met.
• Follow detailed work instructions, operating procedures, and production schedules.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation as needed.
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and safety standards in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team productivity goals while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Assist with additional production and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Production Operator – Night Shift:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Fluent in English with the ability to speak, read, and write effectively.
• Basic math skills required.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using computers required.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, walk, reach, and lift/carry up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or fast-paced retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.

Schedule:

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
  • 2 Days On / 2 Days Off / 3 Days On / 3 Days Off
• Full-Time
