AmeriStaff Employment & Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Fabric Cutter in South Boston, VA. This position plays a key role in preparing and inspecting materials while maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.

Pay: $15/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Lay out, cut, and fold fabric accurately and efficiently
• Pull fabric for production and properly store materials after use
• Review fabric lays to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Communicate any fabric defects or quality concerns to appropriate team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work in both manual and machine cutting areas as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to consistently lift at least 20 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Comfortable with frequent stooping and bending while working on cushions
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a warehouse or production environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
