Description:

AmeriStaff, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to fill openings with a fulfillment center located in Martinsville, VA. The ideal candidates should be able to pick and pack, have experience working in a warehouse environment, and have experience locating product within the fulfillment center. Benefits of the Fulfillment Specialist: - Full time.
- Monday - Friday.
- Weekends Possible.
- Required overtime as needed.
- 4:00pm - 12:00am
Responsibilities of the Fulfillment Specialist: - Accurate picking/packing and processing of products to fulfill customer orders.
- Able to perform quality control to ensure accuracy of customer orders.
- Able to lift cases from conveyor lines and sort on specific dock locations.
- Packing orders and packaging products accordingly.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a strong team player.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Possess the ability to follow policies and procedures.
- Possess basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
|
- Knowledge and experience of a handheld scanner a plus.
- Able to sit/walk/stand for up to 8-10 hours per day.
- Experience with and possess the ability to operate an electric pallet jack.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull over 50 pounds.
- Able to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push, and pull.
- Highly motivated.
- Attention to detail.
